At DGAP Brownie Delight, we take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure you receive fresh and delicious brownies every time. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or request a refund, and we aim to make this process smooth and transparent.

1.Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us at 📞 +91 9629402466 or ✉️ dgapod2025@gmail.com.

If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After Dispatch:

Once the order has been prepared, baked, or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted, as our products are made to order and perishable in nature

2.Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Refunds will be provided in the following situations:

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Non-Delivery:
If your order was not delivered due to our error or courier issues, we will issue a full refund or reschedule the delivery at no extra cost.

Customer Unavailability:
If the customer is not available to receive the order or provides incorrect delivery details, refunds will not be applicable.

3.Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

In some cases, bank processing times may vary.

4.Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:

Custom or bulk orders once production begins

Change of mind after baking has started

Orders not collected on time (for pickup orders)
